These Terms govern access to SocialFlow, operated by Oriqy Media. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to manage every Instagram account, Threads profile, and item of content you connect or upload.
2. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, limiting administrator access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized activity; to evade platform restrictions; or to interfere with the service or third-party systems.
4. Content and permissions
You retain rights in your content. You grant us the limited permission required to store, process, transmit, publish, and measure that content at your direction. You represent that you have all required rights and consents.
5. Meta and other third parties
SocialFlow depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Your use remains subject to their terms, policies, permissions, quotas, reviews, and technical availability. We do not control changes made by those platforms.
6. Scheduling and analytics
Scheduling is a best-effort automation service. Network failures, revoked permissions, platform outages, quota limits, or invalid media may delay or prevent publication. Analytics may be delayed, estimated, or changed by the originating platform.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, or address a material violation. You may stop using the service and request deletion of applicable data.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication success, audience performance, or continued availability of third-party APIs.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oriqy Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform changes, account restrictions, missed publications, or unauthorized use caused by your failure to secure access.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms with an updated effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply.
