Disconnecting a social account
An administrator can remove a connected account from SocialFlow. You can also remove the application's authorization from your Instagram or Meta account settings. Verified Instagram and Threads deauthorization notifications automatically disable the affected connection and remove its stored authorization tokens.
Requesting deletion
Meta may send a signed deletion request directly to our callback. Verified requests are processed automatically and receive a confirmation code. You may also request deletion by emailing contato@oriqy.com from an address that allows us to verify your authority.
What a Threads deletion removes
- The connected Threads user identifier and authorization token.
- Threads scheduled-post records and Threads publication-history records associated with that connection.
- Threads connection references used by configured content models.
Instagram connection data and the SocialFlow login account are retained when they are separate from the Threads request. Ask for full account deletion if you want those records removed as well. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
Processing time
Automated, valid Threads requests are processed immediately. Requests needing identity or authority verification are handled within the period required by applicable law.
