Oriqy Media operates SocialFlow, a service for scheduling social-media content and tracking publication performance. This policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Data we collect
- Account information, including login email, password hash, role, and login-security records.
- Instagram and Threads identifiers, usernames, authorization tokens, and token-expiration information supplied through Meta authorization.
- Content, captions, media references, schedules, publishing results, and analytics requested through the service.
- Configuration data for integrations you choose to enable and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability.
2. How we use data
We use this data to authenticate users, connect authorized social accounts, schedule and publish content, retrieve analytics, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing and processors
We disclose data only as needed to operate the service, including to Meta platforms when you request publishing or analytics, to our infrastructure providers, and to integrations you explicitly configure. We do not sell personal data.
4. Tokens and security
Stored Meta and Threads credentials are encrypted. Access is restricted to authorized service administrators and application processes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data handled.
5. Retention
We retain information while your account or connected social account remains active and as needed for operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Connection tokens are removed when a supported deauthorization or deletion request is verified.
6. Your choices and rights
You may disconnect accounts, request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion as applicable under local law, including Brazil's LGPD. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.
7. Cookies
We use essential authentication and security cookies. The service does not require advertising cookies.
8. International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.
9. Children
The service is intended for businesses and authorized adult users, not children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
